Distinguished Client Service

At MVPPO we go the extra mile to make sure your healthcare needs are met by physicians and facilities providing the highest-quality service available in your area. Contributing a major element to our success and your satisfaction is our Client Service team. These specialists are standing by to help match you with the providers best suited to your needs. From 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, simply call our toll-free line, and we'll be happy to help. Some services are performed by your employer or insurance carrier. For the fastest service, please check the following list and contact the appropriate party:

Contact MVP's Client Service department at 1-800-952-5277 to:

  • Locate a provider in your area (you can also check our internet provider locator)
  • Nominate a provider for network participation
  • Obtain the appropriate telephone numbers for precertification and benefits (these numbers should also be on your I.D. card)

Contact your employer to:

  • Obtain a new provider directory
  • Obtain a new I.D. card

Contact your insurance carrier to:

  • Obtain precertification authorization
  • Check on insurance benefits
  • Check on the status of unpaid claims
