PROVIDER DIRECTORIESAs we expand our PPO network and recruit additional health care providers, the list of participants is always changing. As a result, directories have become obsolete. Since our provider data is updated monthly, our up-to-the minute provider listings are offered as a superior alternative. Listings of our participating providers are available by clicking on Search for a Provider. This function allows you to specify a zip code OR a city and state AND a specialty. If you desire a full list of hospitals or physicians, you can select “Hospitals,All” and/or “Physicians, All”. The result of your search is printable. |
